Deep soil removal is the foundation of a thorough clean. We use a specialized rug duster that gently vibrates your rug over a protective grid, loosening embedded dirt and fine dust that vacuums can’t reach. This crucial pre-cleaning step prevents grit from being ground deeper during washing. Preserving your rug’s fibers and preparing it for a more effective clean.

We hand-wash every rug with expert care and approved solutions. Using detergents endorsed by Wools of New Zealand and the Carpet and Rug Institute, we fully saturate each rug to lift out soil and neutralize odors. A low-speed rug cleaning machine gently massages the fibers with these specially formulated solutions, delivering a deep yet safe clean for delicate Oriental, Persian, and heirloom rugs.

We rinse every rug until it’s completely free of dirt, soap, and residue. Using our specialized indoor river system, we gently flush each rug with continuous streams of fresh cold water while draining away the dirty water. This process removes lingering detergents, pet urine, and embedded soil from deep within the fibers. We repeat the rinse cycle on both sides multiple times until the water runs crystal clear. Ensuring no residue is left behind.

Fast, thorough drying begins with advanced water extraction. After rinsing, we use high-powered water extraction equipment to remove as much moisture as possible. This rapid moisture removal allows rugs to dry within hours, not days. Preventing mildew, dye bleeding, shrinkage, and rot. It’s a vital step in protecting your rug’s quality, color, and longevity.

Every rug receives detailed grooming and a final quality check before it returns home. We carefully smooth and align the pile (the soft surface fibers of your rug) back into its original direction, restoring its plush feel and vibrant appearance. The fringe is then cleaned and brightened using safe detergents and non-chlorine bleach. After 4–6 hours on our drying racks, each rug is re-inspected for any missed spots, odors, or dry soil. Only once it passes our standards is it packaged, labeled, and prepared for delivery back to you.
